Medicinal Action

Burnout
Burnout manifests as a deep depletion of energy and motivation, often accompanied by emotional numbness or overwhelm. It affects both mental and physical health, leading to symptoms such as chronic fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and a sense of disconnection from one’s purpose or tasks. Recovery typically requires addressing the underlying stressors, improving self-care routines, and creating balance through rest, reflection, and restorative practices.
